Cold Brewed, Single Origin and Directly Traded Coffee. This cold brew is infused with nitrogen to create a subtle sweetness without any added sugar. This rich flavoured beverage is smooth and holds dark chocolate notes, topped with a light and velvety crema. 

Best served cold. Shake well before opening.

Shelf Stable at Room Temperature for 12 months.

The naturally, sundried processed beans from Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama/Mogiana represents what can be called "the typical taste of Brazil": a nutty, chocolaty, well rounded shot with good sweetness and notes of red fruit. A flavourful espresso with medium crema.

An "antagonist" to our light roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: This cup has spicy, liquorice-like dark and blue berry notes. Light acidity, medium body and good sweetness. Fantastic any way you brew it.

One of our richest roasts, this Guatemalan coffee comes from the southern Moyuta region of Guatemala.

A higher altitude bean than our Huehuetenango, the Guatemalan La Moyuta delivers with rich, bold chocolate notes while also having subtle citric acid undertones.

 

 

Swiss Water's internally developed Green Coffee Extract (GCE) is introduced to the beans and caffeine removal begins. Caffeine ventures out on its own, away from the coffee beans into the GCE until the ratio of soluble compounds in the GCE to the compounds in the coffee reach the point of equilibrium. Caffeine and GCE flow continuously through the proprietary carbon filters until all the caffeine is trapped and separated from the GCE. Then the GCE is refreshed so that it can be used again and again to remove more caffeine.
