The naturally, sundried processed beans from Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama/Mogiana represents what can be called "the typical taste of Brazil": a nutty, chocolaty, well rounded shot with good sweetness and notes of red fruit. A flavourful espresso with medium crema.

Although a light roast, this cup has the best of two worlds: the floral and citrus notes of a light roast, and the black tea, dark berries and spiciness of a medium roast. Good acidity, medium body. Mind blowingly complex and clean brewed in the pour over style.

A blend of Arabica and Robusta beans. good body, lots of "bitter sweetness". With this Blend we want to revive the almost forgotten Italian-style Espresso. Goes great with a pinch of brown sugar or molasses! Huge crema, bold flavour.

Dark Roast

This cup is smooth and creamy, with good body and sweetness. Medium acidity. Best brewed using drip style machines.

Swiss Water's internally developed Green Coffee Extract (GCE) is introduced to the beans and caffeine removal begins. Caffeine ventures out on its own, away from the coffee beans into the GCE until the ratio of soluble compounds in the GCE to the compounds in the coffee reach the point of equilibrium. Caffeine and GCE flow continuously through the proprietary carbon filters until all the caffeine is trapped and separated from the GCE. Then the GCE is refreshed so that it can be used again and again to remove more caffeine.
