ORIGIN
The “G” blends medium roast beans from Fazenda Cachoeira de Grama in Brazil’s Mogiana region with medium and dark roast beans from Finca La Bolsa in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango highlands. Mogiana farms, at 1,100 to 1,250 meters, yield naturally processed coffee with smooth chocolate and nut notes. La Bolsa, at 1,500 to 1,600 meters, produces fully washed coffees with bright citrus and sweet complexity. Together, these origins create a foundation of balance, depth, and regional character.
CRAFT
Our roast approach layers the rich sweetness of Mogiana with the lively brightness and spice of Huehuetenango. The medium roast components bring chocolate, citrus, and rounded body, while the dark roast adds bittersweet depth and gentle smokiness. The result is a versatile blend with medium to full body that works beautifully in French press, drip, or moka pot. Balanced and reliable, The “G” is an easy everyday choice with a touch of complexity.

Our specialty coffee is crafted with ethically sourced, high-grade arabica beans from trusted farms around the world. Each roast brings out bold flavour, smooth finish, and consistent quality in every cup. We roast in small batches to honour the origin, depth, and complexity of every bean.
