Ratio Four Coffee Maker
Brew cafe-quality coffee with a single button. The Ratio Four is the smallest brewer in the Ratio lineup, designed for one to two people without sacrificing flavour. It uses a bloom phase to release CO₂, then showers the grounds evenly with water at optimal extraction temperatures, giving you a clean, balanced cup every time. The removable water canister makes filling and dosing simple, and the compact footprint fits easily on most counters or coffee carts.
The Ratio Four is compact, solid, and made to live on your counter. A removable water canister clicks into a dock at the rear of the machine, so you can carry it to the sink instead of juggling a kettle. Up top, a wide stainless steel shower head distributes water evenly and lifts off without tools for cleaning and descaling. The matching glass carafe with smoked grey heat lid completes the setup, so it feels like a cohesive brewer, not a collection of parts.
Press one button and the Ratio Four handles the rest. It first pre-wets the coffee for a bloom, allowing gases to escape for more even extraction, then automatically moves into the brew phase with a precise water-to-coffee ratio. The powerful, compact heating element keeps water between 91 and 95 °C, meeting Specialty Coffee Association standards for brewed coffee, so you get reliable sweetness and clarity instead of guesswork. Batch size ranges from about 150ml to 600ml.
