ORIGIN
Tesseract blends two directly sourced coffees: Mogiana-grown beans from Fazenda Cachoeira de Grama in Brazil and highland-grown beans from Adola Farm in Ethiopia’s Guji zone. Mogiana farms sit between 1,100 and 1,250 meters, producing naturally processed coffee with rich chocolate and nut notes. Guji farms reach 1,800 to 1,900 meters, yielding fully washed heirloom varieties with bright fruit and spice. Together, these origins combine Brazilian depth with Ethiopian vibrancy for a layered espresso profile.
CRAFT
Our espresso roast balances the complexity of Guji’s citrus brightness with Mogiana’s chocolate richness. Lemon zest lifts the cup, giving way to roasted almond and a smooth, rounded body. The blend produces a medium crema with clean definition in every shot. Designed for espresso, it performs beautifully on its own or with milk, offering a harmonious flavor journey from first sip to finish.
