ORIGIN
This coffee comes from Caldas, a central department of Colombia in the heart of the Coffee Cultural Landscape. Farms here sit between 1,300 and 1,600 meters, where mild mountain climates and fertile soil produce smooth, well-balanced coffees. Grown by smallholder producers, the beans are processed at Descafecol, Colombia’s only decaffeination plant. Using high mountain spring water and naturally derived ethyl acetate from sugar cane, caffeine is gently removed while preserving the coffee’s structure and origin character.
CRAFT
Our medium roast preserves the smooth body and floral lift of this Colombian decaf. The sugarcane EA process keeps the natural sweetness intact, creating a cup with soft florals, gentle fruit, and balanced depth. A creamy mouthfeel supports a clean finish, making it an easy daily choice for decaf drinkers. With its origin character carefully maintained, this coffee offers full flavor without caffeine, equally enjoyable black or with milk.
