An "antagonist" to our light roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: This cup has spicy, liquorice-like dark and blue berry notes. Light acidity, medium body and good sweetness. Fantastic any way you brew it.

Brazilian Mogiana
I haven't started the Ethiopian yet. I'm almost done the Brazilian, and will do the Guatamalen next, and the Ethipian last. The Brazilian is quite a bit stronger tasting than the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe that I was drinking just before it, so I cut down on the amount of coffee I use to make a cup. I don't do any kind of detailed analysis, but I find your coffee consistently satisfying, better than most other options I've tried. And I like to try something a little different every couple of weeks, so I always buy three different varieties. By the way, I'll put in a plug for your Finca Santa Emilia - it really is very good, though the last time I got that it seemed to have a stronger flavour (maybe a darker roast?) than the first couple times. Hoever, to be brutally honest I still think that Fluid Solar Roasted coffee would be my preference overall, but they are sadly no longer selling retail-size packages - five pounds at once, and all of one variety, is way too much for me.
