Refund policy
Coffee Bags
Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we have a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your coffee. We only accept returns on unopened and unground bags. If the bag has been opened, pre-ground at your request, or is beyond the 14-day window, we cannot issue a return or refund.
Merchandise and Brewing Equipment
We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at hello@happygoatcoffee.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Gift Cards & Sale Items
We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@happygoatcoffee.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend starting a return for the original item. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
