We have only drink HueHue for the past 12 years. We’ve had it happily from over 50 roasters across Canada. Happy Goat’s HueHue was simply the worst we have ever had. So overly roasted to burn out all the flavours usually found in this wonderful regional bean. When contacted about our disappointment with our 1k of burnt beans we were told “so sorry to hear you are not happy, people love our coffee” and that was it. Would not accept a return of our beans for refund. Would not accept a return for replacement. Find another roaster, there are dozens across Canada that deserve your money more and will do right by you if an issue arises.
