Targets coffee residues in the brew path to prevent bitter flavours and channeling, while keeping dispersion screens and filters clear for even extraction and reliable pressure. Works for cleaning both home and cafe espresso machines.
Backflush: dose up to 3g of powder into a blind basket, run 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off, repeat five times, then rinse and repeat without detergent.
Soak: mix 6g per litre of hot water and soak metal parts for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Do not submerge portafilter handles.
