Good, but not really a light roast

I enjoyed the coffee, but it was not what I would classify as a light roast. The flavour profile was good, but the roast leaned more medium and away from the lighter profile I was expecting.

Cuxibamba coffee

Great addition to the light roast offerings from Happy Goat. Mellow and flavourful.

loved the taste....a bit gentler than the Ethiopian Yirgachfe that normally drink and also like.
