Our medium roast for Ethiopian naturally processed coffees releases a complexity of fruity notes; at the same time, the profile develops and keeps the natural sweetness of this rare coffee. Combined with its lingering aftertaste and its inherent “wild” character, the Bedhatu-Kumbi shows us the potential of this almost forgotten growing area in Ethiopia.
